Referral marketing disclosure

1. Cheyenne Mountain Junk Co. (cheyennemountainjunk.com) is a marketing and booking website for junk removal, cleanouts and debris hauling in Colorado Springs, Fountain, Security-Widefield, Cimarron Hills, Manitou Springs, Monument, Falcon, Black Forest, Woodland Park and Peyton, Colorado.
2. When you call the number on this site or send the form, the request comes to us first. The phone is answered at any hour by an automated assistant that takes your details; a person then calls you back.
3. The hauling is done by independent local crews we work with, insured and registered to do business locally, not by the operator of this website. Which crew comes depends on the kind of load, where you are and who is free.
4. When a booking turns into a paid job, we may be paid by that crew a referral or advertising fee. That arrangement is between us and the crew.
5. The fee does not change the price you are quoted. The crew names its price after seeing the load, and you can refuse it.
6. We track which pages and which phone numbers produce bookings, using privacy-respecting analytics that work without cookies or profiles. Calls may be recorded; a notice at the start says so.
7. We don't take payment for listing a crew, we don't run reviews or ratings, and nothing on this site is a paid endorsement.
8. We are not affiliated with any installation, housing office, HOA, landfill, recycler or charity, and we don't claim to be.
9. If something about a job isn't right, we take the complaint whether it concerns us or the crew. The complaints policy says how.
