What do we collect when I send the form?
Your name, your phone number, your ZIP code, which kind of load you picked from the list, and whatever you typed in the details box. That is all the form asks for, and we don't add anything to it from other sources.
What do we collect when I call?
The number you called from, the time of the call, and what you told the assistant: the load, the address or neighborhood, and when you'd like the crew. Calls may be recorded so your details are taken down correctly; a notice at the start of the call says so, and you can ask for the recording to be switched off.
Who sees it?
The person who calls you back, and the insured local hauling crew that is booked for your job, who need your address and your phone number to find the house and confirm the time. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't hand it to marketing lists.
What is it used for?
Calling you back, booking the look, doing the job you approve, sending the receipt, and answering a question or a complaint later. If you asked for a donation list for an estate file, your details are on that too.
Is the website tracking me?
We count page visits with a privacy-respecting analytics service that works without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this site. The form and the phone line are tagged so we know which page a request came from, and that is the extent of it.
How long do you keep it?
Job records, including the receipt, are kept as long as tax rules and the possibility of a later question require. When a job is finished and you'd like your contact details removed, email the address above and they go.
Can I see, fix or delete what you hold?
Yes to all three. Email hello@cheyennemountainjunk.com and say which. We answer within a few business days.
What about children?
This site is for adults booking hauling work in the Colorado Springs area. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen, and if we learn we have, we delete it.
