What this website can tell you about hauling in Colorado Springs, and what only a look at your load can.

Are the prices on this site what I'll pay?
No. They are 2026 budgeting ranges from national cost guides, shown so you can plan. What you pay is the figure the crew names after seeing the load, the carry, the weight and anything that carries a surcharge. Two garages of the same size can cost very different amounts.
Does the site know what my load weighs or how far it has to be carried?
It can't. Weight and the route out are the two things that move a price most in this city, with its split-levels, hillside lots and mountain driveways, and neither can be judged from a page or a phone call.
Is the disposal information on this site advice?
It is general information about what hauling trucks, landfills and recyclers in the area typically accept and charge for. Facility hours, fees and rules change, and only the facility itself is the authority on them. Nothing here tells you how to dispose of hazardous material; for that, use the hazardous-waste routes the crew will point you to.
Are the photographs real jobs?
The photographs show the kinds of loads and settings described in the text. They are illustrative and are not before-and-after records of a specific job at a specific address.
Does the site give legal, tax, insurance or military-move advice?
No. What an HOA, a landlord, an executor, an insurer, housing or a finance office requires or reimburses is between you and them. We give you a dated receipt and, where asked, photographs and a donation list; what anyone does with them is their decision.
Does the site make claims about wildfire programmes or certifications?
No. We haul mitigation debris. We do not assess lots, claim any programme, grant, certification or partnership, or advise on any of them.
Who is responsible for the work?
The independent insured crew that does the hauling, under the price you accepted. We book the work and stand behind the booking; the complaints policy and the referral marketing disclosure explain how that works.
